Mesa Community Services Cooperative (Wild Horse Mesa Co-op), a Colorado
non-profit corporation. The co-op works for the benefit of residents and
property owners of Wild Horse Mesa. We encourage all mesa property owners

dues.
 Jerry is a financial advisor
in Colorado Springs and a real estate investor and instructor. He currently
owns several real estate investments, including Wild Horse Mesa.
Jerry is a former Principal Computer Design
Engineer and worked for Digital Equipment
Corporation for 23 years (acquired by Hewlett
Packard/COMPAQ). Jerry began investing at a young age, retired early from
the corporate world of engineering and decided to
use his extensive financial knowledge to help other people achieve
their financial goals.
Jerry
has over 25 years of experience investing in
stocks, options, mutual funds, oil and gas, and real
estate. He gained financial industry
experience working for 4 years for several other
financial firms before founding ACT Financial Services, LLC, dba Advisor Financial
Services, an independent fee-based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm in
Colorado Springs. He has been a member of the Financial
Planning Association (FPA) and has served on
the board of the local chapter as Secretary and
Webmaster. He has received numerous awards
for his leadership and volunteer work in the
community. Over 3,000 students have attended his seminars on Managing
Rental Property.
